EUGENE, Ore. - Former Flyin' Frog Khadevis Robinson clocked the 14th fastest time on Friday in the men's 800 meters to advance to Saturday's semifinal round at the 2008 U.S. Olympic Team Trials.

Overall, Robinson finished sixth in his heat and 14th overall with a time of 1:48.04 to qualify for semifinal action at 4:40 p.m. PT on Saturday at Hayward Field.

While at TCU, Robinson, who competed in the 2004 Olympics, won the 1998 NCAA Outdoor 800 meters to cap his college career. He is also a four-time U.S. outdoor national champion in the 800.

Current Flyin' Frogs Mychal Dungey and Otis McDaniel will have to wait until early next week to find out if they will compete in Eugene.
